Setup

Drinks, clothes, cell phones, friends (3+)…preferably equal #’s of male and females

Rules to drink by

The Cell Phone Drinking Game (House Rules)

1. Everyone puts their cell phone on the table next to each other.
2. The first phone that gets a call or text chooses to have the penalty be a shot or to remove something.
3. The second phone that gets a call or text determines which shot or which article of clothing is to be removed. Note: The type of clothing will simply be “top or bottom.” Read addendum at the bottom for what counts as each.
4. The third phone that gets a call or text takes the shot or removes the article of clothing chosen in rule #3. If the all “tops” and all “bottoms” are off, then the person takes a penalty shot for getting too many calls or texts.
5. Starts again.

Cheating IS allowed, here are the cheating rules:

– You cannot call or text anyone that is currently playing. If you do, it does not count.
– If you turn your phone off, AND you are caught with your phone off, you must get naked and jump into the pool.
– You can call or text other people not playing and have them call or text people that are playing. BEWARE: If that person doesn’t answer, they may call you back or text you back.
– If a cell phone rings, you may try to grab that phone before the owner does so that it is not answered. In most cases, the person may call back….continuosly.
– Flip phones must remain in the open position.
– Phones cannot be put on silent or vibrate.

Addendum
Tops: Hat, glasses, any type of shirt, or bra.

Bottoms: Footwear(both at the same time), socks (both at the same time), pants, shorts, or underwear.
