Setup

Rules to drink by

Place a stack of two to twenty coasters on the edge of a table or the bar, with about 40% of the base of the pile hanging off the edge. Place your hand, palm down, underneath the stack, then raise your hand quickly to hit the bottom of the stack of coasters with the tops of your fingers. The stack must go in the air, turn upside down, then be caught between your thumb and fingers before it hits the table.
To play:
First let everyone practice for a minute to get the hang of it.
Before flipping a stack, tell everyone how many coasters you are attempting to flip-and-catch, and choose another player that will get the drinks if you successfully catch all the coasters. If you do catch all the coasters, the person you chose gets as many drinks as coasters you caught. If you drop at least one, you drink that many yourself.

When you can flip a stack of 20 every time, nobody will want to play with you any more, but any more than 8 is fairly difficult–this’ll get the cocky guys that think it’s easy down and out after about 5 minutes.
