Rules to drink by

Start by taping the goon bag to the clothesline with the tap of the goon bag at the bottom. Assemble a circle of chairs under where the goon bag will be when the clothesline is rotated. get people to sit in all of the chairs and then one person spins the clothesline. Whoever is under the goon bag when the clothesline stops turning drinks.
