Setup

Quarters, shot glass, beer, preferably 4 people.

Rules to drink by

Everyone has a certain state quarter. All players get in a circle and set the shot glass on the center of the table. Everyone starts out by trying to make their quarter first in the shot glass, the first person to make the quarter in the shot glass is excluded from drinking any beer and can now be called El Jenkins for this round only.

Now all other players get one shot to make their quarter in the shot glass if the player succeeds at making the quarter in the shot glass they are now excluded from drinking, but if they miss they now have to wait for each other player to continue this same pattern. (Key Note: If everyone in the circle makes their quarter then El Jenkins must now drink for a total of five seconds). All players who fail to make their quarter must now drink for three seconds while El Jenkins counts out the three second drinking time.

Now after everyone has drank for three seconds El Jenkins gets one shot at making a quarter in the shot glass, if El Jenkins succeeds at making it everyone except El Jenkins must now drink for a total of five seconds while El Jenkins counts out the five seconds.

After this round is done this same pattern starts all over again with a new El Jenkins each round.

Other Key Notes to the Game:

1. After three rounds everyone checks their quarters, if you do not have the quarter that you started out with at the beginning of the game you must drink for 10 seconds.
