– Whenever anyone mentions their stuffed dog Rowdy (excuse the spelling)
– When a Character sings
– When JD does a voiceover
– Whenever Beer is drunk by any Character
– When Todd makes a sexual reference
– Whenever someone dies
– When Carla tells someone what to do
– When the Janitor accuses JD of doing something he didnt do
– When Dr Cox has a rant
– When Dr Cox insults Kelso

3 Fingers:
– Everytime Dr Cox calls JD Newbie
– When Dr Cox and Jordan have sex
– When JD has a daydream
– When Whisky is drunk
– When you see Elliot in a bra
– Whenever anyone is naked
– When the Janitor calls JD a name other than JD

4 Fingers:
– Everytime Dr Cox calls JD “JD”
– When JD and Elliot have sex (good luck with the episode where they have sex all day)
– When anyone other than JD does a voiceover
– When JD drinks an Appletini
– Whenever Todd is in a thong
