Ring of Fire (UK Version)

Setup

1x Pint Glass (or Big Jug)
1x Deck of Cards (No Jokers)
Plenty of alcohol
Best played with 4 or more people.

Rules to drink by

Shuffle the cards and place them face down in a large circle on a table. Place the large jug in the center. Make sure you keep a lot of drink in the room you’re playing in. You’ll find out why.

Rules are as follows: If you draw…

Red ace – Red 5: You drink that many fingers of booze.
Black ace – Black 5: Nominate anyone else to drink that many fingers.
6 (any colour): Nominate either one person for all 6 fingers, or two people for 3 fingers each.
7: Name 7 things, such as ‘Name 7 soft drinks’, or ‘name 7 presidents of the USA’. Goes round clockwise, if an answer is repeated or not given, that person drinks 2 fingers. If 7 things are said, starter drinks 3 fingers.
8: Strike a pose. At any time BEFORE your next go, strike a random pose. Last person to match it drinks 3 fingers.
9: Toilet Card – You may ONLY go to the bathroom when you have this card. Feel free to sell it to someone for however much you want them to drink.
10: Have you ever: Name something you think everyone may have done. If they haven’t, they drink 3 fingers. (Broken a bone, had a wet dream, anything.)
Jack: Make a Rule. This can be anything, from talking in accents, to wearing other peoples clothes, anything you wish. This rule is in force until the next Jack is drawn.
Queen: Toast the Queen – Everyone clinks their glasses, and has a swill of booze.
King: When you draw a king, everyone pours some of their drink into the middle glass. The amount is not preset. When the last king is drawn, the player that draws it must drink the entire jug in one, and the game ends.
