Deck of cards and your drinks of choice.

Rules to drink by

Just like the basic card game of war. One card is dealt out to each player face down and the player tosses their card face up in the middle. The highest card is exempt from a drink if one person has an ace, everyone else takes a drink. This continues 1 round at a time until 2 people tie for the highest. When this happens, both the high card players are dealt 3 cards face down and the 4th face up. The high card wins and the loser drinks the value of the losing card.

For example, on the initial card two people are dealt queens and they are the highest cards on the table. Everyone else drinks 1 drink and are done for the round. 3 cards are dealt face down to each of the holders of the queens. Finally a 4th card is dealt up to each of them. Let’s say one is dealt a Jack and the other is dealt an 8. The 8 loses and has to drink 8 oz of beverage and then the game starts over. In the event of a “double war” the loser drinks both losing values.
