Beer Olympics: Spring Time Edition
Setup
Lots of friends, money, a sunny day and BEER.
Rules to drink by
The games are a competition between teams of 2 people, one guy and girl. If there are two guys together then one has to dress in a skirt and bra for the events (sadly this has happened twice). Its required that each team come up with a team name and/or theme. (Cause having 50 people in random outfits makes for a helluva day)
There is an array of different events all with a scoring system. 1st place in an event gets 5 points, 2nd place 4 points and 3rd gets 3 points. Everyone else just gets 1 point. Whichever team has the highest points at the end wins the prize….more beer.
EVENTS:
1.) Tournament Style Cornhole…single elimination is key to keeping this rolling
2.) Tournament Style 10 Cup Beer Pong…. once again single elimination is KEY
3.) Flip CUP….you randomly pair up 2 teams for this event and then have 4 vs 4 play best out of five to win
4.) Keg Toss…. this is a girl only event and technique is the key
5.) Keg Stand….this is timed and done by both partners and their time added up
SAVE THIS ONE FOR LAST…
6.) Beer Relay…you need beer cans for this event and 4 brooms or 4 bats…this event is a race against another team…you start by chugging a beer and then, putting your head to the broom stick handle, cirling around 15 times. You must then take a beer under your chin and run down to your partner, exchange the beer with just your chins (no hands) and then they must chug the beer and circle the broom 10 times. Then they must run back to the other player’s previous position, and whichever team finishes first gets a whooping TEN points. (After drinking for 5 hours usually these games are hilarious…the wild card game if you will.)
There are so many other games to come up with….and we’ve tried a few others….but these are the tested winners.
