Rules to drink by

This is a very simple game,
everyone sits around a table,
a randomly selected person starts by saying the number 1, the person to his right says number 2, then the next person says 3 and so on.
Until the number 21 is reached, once you get to number 21 everyone stands up, cheeers and drinks.
the man who said the number 21 then gets to create a rule, for example, “at 13 you must name a type of beer!” if the person cant name a type of beer, or forgets and says 13 instead he must drink and the counting begins from 1 again. The person who gets to 21 this time gets to create another rule at another number. Repeat until wasted!
