Rules to drink by

this game is simple and quite amusing. all you have to do is have everyone stand in a circle. have one person start out with the balloon and blow it up, but don’t tie it. let the balloon go and who ever it hits (multiple people) they have to drink, the first person the balloon hits, they have to blow it up the next time.
