Lots of Beer or hard liquor or both.

Rules to drink by

You take your beer and pour your attempt into your cup. If you drink it all the other guy must match it or he gets a letter. Play to H-O-R-S-E or any other word you wish (I like something with 10+ letters)

An additional rule can be to penalize the guy who gets a letter with a shot of hard liquor.

The best way is to have a huge variety of alcohol so that you can make bets with different stuff to throw the other guy off.
