Beer Pong Western NY the only way to play
Setup
14 plastic cups, 6 for the pyramid and 2 for water cups to wash the ping pong balls, at least 2 ping pong balls (five star balls recomended if your a champion), standard 8 foot table and some brewskis. 4 people
Rules to drink by
Place the cups in a pyramid at the end of each table make sure they are touching. fill them with desired amount. 2 beers for 6 cups works well. Top cup Facing the opponent in a 1-2-3 style.
To start the game one teammate from each team takes a shot while looking the other opponent in the eyes. On the 8 foot table your wrist may not pass the edge of the table otherwise it is a lean and the shot doesnt count. If you make any cup and the other team doesnt your team shoots first. if neither team makes it then the other players shoot and you alternate until one team does. if both make it those two shoot again.
Once the team that shoots first is decided then the game may begin.
-Each teammate gets 1 shot. if they make any cup the other team must drink it.
-If they make different cups they get roll backs which means they get to shoot again. Bounce same as a shot.
-If one teammate makes a cup and the cup is not off the table and the other teammate makes that same cup the game is over.
-You may bounce the ball into the cup but the other team is allowed to swat the ball away. If successful on the bounce the team must take 2 cups away per ball that bounced in.
-If you whiff on a swat and spill cups any cup that was spilled must be taken away.
-You are allowed to rerack with any amount of cups but only before your turn. you are not allowed to rerack if your teammate has already shot or if you got rollbacks.
-You can shoot your balls as long as the other teams balls has left their hands.
-Goes off anything and in it counts. Including other cups, bodies, cans or bottles on the tables etc… but doesn not count as a bounce unless it was intended to be a boucne shot.
-If your opponent is holding a drinking cup in their hand or has set it on the table and you make it in their cup the game is over.
-You cannot win on a bounce. If there is 2 cups left you must make each one individually.
-If there are 2 cups left and you make one and your teammate makes the other the game is over without any redeamers.
-If there is one cup left and each teammates makes the cup the game is over without any redeamers.
-If only one teammate makes the remaining cup and the other misses, each opposing player may shoot redeamers.
-With redeamers each teammate shoots until he misses. Do not alternate.
-If you make the last cup, your teammate can oppose to shoot then the other team only has one teammate shoot for redeamers. If he does shoot and misses then each teammate is allowed to shoot redeamers.
-If the team makes the other cups in redeamers then the game is sent to a 3 cup overtime. Same rules apply as above but there are NO reracks.
-If your opponent drops his ball into a cup they must drink that cup.
-if the ball is dropped into the drinking cup the game is over.
-If the game is tied after 2 overtimes then the game is sent to a 1 cup sudden death overtime. first team to make it wins with NO redeamers. Teams alterante shot. Team that won the first shot in the beginning of the game goes first in the overtime(s).
*Note: if your team shoots first you are allowed to make six consecutive cups, then by rules it is a shut out and the other team must do a naked lap around the facility that you are playing in.
*Other results of a naked lap would be:
Other team has not made any cups and:
-you made a drinking cup.
-they dropped it in their drinking cup
-you bounce and they try to swat but they miss and knock the cups over.
Well these are the best rules and you have to most fun with.
Remember not to lean bcuz nobody like leaners.
If a team wins they stay on the table. If they win 10 games in a row they become part of the Decade Club which i am a memeber good luck and happy shooting.
