Rules to drink by

Everyone opens thier contact list. Starting with A count how many people you have who’s name starts with A. The person with the most doesn’t drink. Everyone else has to drink as much as the are missing from the person’s with the most list.
So say you have 10 people with a name starting with A….and the next closest has 7..they drink 3..and so on with everyone playing. You continue down the list unitl you get to Z. If no one has a name that starts with a letter you all drink 3….if someone has no names and everyone else has at least one they drink 5. Can be played with beer or mixed drinks.
