Rules to drink by

Electricity is simple, you sit in a circle and deal the deck, you never look at your cards! then the person to the left of the dealer flips, going clockwise the next person flips. if these people are connected by number or suit they drink. connections can span the whole cirlce. When you start drinking the rest of the table counts in order to your number and can take as little or as long as they choose to get to your number. (i.e. if you’re a dick 5 seconds can last a lot longer then 5 seconds)
the time you must drink for is determined by your card in seconds represented by your card’s number (5 is 5 seconds, ace is 14…)
Exigent Circumstances:
In the event that everyone has to drink then people go in order using their fingers, when the low drinker is done they count aloud till the next person joins and so on and so on.
