Setup

14 cups, 2 ping pong balls (so that each team has 6 cups for beer and one water cup).

Rules to drink by

Set your cups up like you are playing Bozo ball, with each side having 6 cups in a straight line. We usually play this game one-on-one, with 2-3 beers per side. You start the game with a usual blind toss to determine who gets first throw. When it is your turn, you shoot both balls. If you make it, they drink it, but if you make both balls you do not get them back. However, if you miss with both balls you take the last ball in line and moove it to the front of the line. So if you keep missing, your cups continue to inch forward. And if you suck bad enough, the opposing player can just drop the ball into the cup.
