Sit at the table the first person tries to get their quarter into the cup if they do they give a drink to someone if they dont the next person goes heres the rest

First Coin in: you make someone drink
Second Coin in: you make a rule

You can make whatever rules you want
Example:
cant you the persons name
no singing
no pointed your finger

if you break the rules you must drink
