Setup

A deck of cards, and any bottle of booze. Beer works, but not nearly as well. Best with 5-6 players.

Rules to drink by

Simple rules:

1. Shuffle a full deck of cards and place in the middle of a table. You can also spread the deck if you like.

2. Somebody pick a card. If it is not the ace of diamonds, discard that card face-up, off to the side.

3. Go clockwise around the table until somebody picks the ace of diamonds. The person who picks the ace of diamonds is the winner of that round, and must take a shot.

4. Now, re-shuffle the ace of diamonds with the cards that have not been picked yet, and begin the next round. (Notice, the playing deck continues to shrink each round).

**The person who picked the ace of diamonds last round (the winner) must begin picking the next round.

5. Continue this process until the ace of diamonds is the first card picked. (Notice, the game does not end until somebody (the big winner) takes two consecutive shots.

*******************Side Rules********************

6. The person who picks the ace of diamonds is “the winner”. Any show of anger, remorse, frustration, etc… from “the winner” will not be tolerated. A penalty shot is awarded for this violation.

7. During game play, the ace of diamonds must be called the “Red-diamond-ace”. Any violation also results in a penalty shot.

Enjoy!
