Rules to drink by

S.T.A.C.K.S.
Get drunk and deal with it.

OBJECT:
Be the dealer by the time the deck runs out.

SETUP:
Get a bunch of people to gather around a table with a deck of cards and some beer. The oldest person at the table starts out as the dealer.

HOW TO PLAY:
The dealer starts out by shuffling the cards and holding the entire deck in his/her hand. Then, they pick up one card off the top of the deck (no one sees it besides the dealer) and the person to their left takes a guess at the card.

On their first guess they get it:
RIGHT – Dealer must drink for 15 whole seconds without stopping. If they stop they must start over again.
WRONG – The dealer tells them whether the card that they hold is HIGHER or LOWER than their guess.

They guess once again and this time if they get it:
RIGHT – Dealer must drink for 10 seconds, non stop.
WRONG – This time the guesser has a choice. They can either drink for the difference between their guess and the actual card (in seconds) or they can take a chance.

If they take the chance, the dealer once again tells them HIGHER OR LOWER. On the third guess if they get it:
RIGHT – The dealer drinks for only 5 seconds non stop.
WRONG – The guesser has to drink for the difference between the two cards, but tripled.

Example…Dealer has a JACK and the person to their left says 5. Dealer says HIGHER and guesser guesses again by saying KING. Dealer asks if they’d like a chance. If they say NO they drink for 2 seconds. If they take the chance dealer says LOWER. They guess 9 and the dealer says NOPE and slams the card down. Now the guesser drinks for 6 seconds (2×3=6)

The game continues. The point is to stay as the dealer, but watch out because you WILL get drunk quicker. After a person guesses a card the card is placed face up on the table. The only way that the position as dealer switches is if people guess the dealer’s card 3 times in a row. When this happens, the deck of cards is moved to the person to their left (do no reshuffle) When the deck runs out, the person left as the dealer is the winner. Now, everyone votes on the weakest player at the table (one who got the most wrong) and they have to finish everyones beer.
