Very simple, write it down and tape it up in front of the tv.

Drink 1 each time you hear Spaceballs
Drink 2 each time you hear Barf
Drink 3 each time you hear Schwartz
Drink 4 each time you hear Lonestar
Drink 5 each time you hear Vespa, Princess, or Princess Vespa
