1 Deck of Cards, 4 people, beer

Rules to drink by

Dealer deals out all the cards to the players. The people sitting directly across from each other are teammates. The goal of the game is to be the first person to play all your cards. The person dealt the 2 of clubs throws it down in the middle of the table and chooses whether the player on their left or right must try to match their card. The next person (left or right of the person who played the first card) must then either throw down a 2 or drink. If they drink then the teammate of the person who threw the card gets to play the next card. That person can play any card they want, and again choose whether the play continues to their left or right. If all four of the same number of cards are thrown consecutively then it’s a social and everyone drinks. Play continues until one player’s cards are gone. These teammates are then declared the winner! We usually play the game in a series, best of 3 or 5.

Variations: If your teammate drinks then you have to drink too. That’s it now go get drunk!
