mix a rum and coke for each player, varying the amount of rum in each cup. Some players should have a STRONG drink, some a weak mixer. Each player grabs a beer, then after shuffling the rum and cokes around, each player chooses a drink for the game. You will also need some escort cards from las vegas, the kind with the naked girls and a phone number.

Rules to drink by

After everyone has a rum and coke and a beer, the game starts.
Players pair up into teams, 2 players to a team. They play rock paper scissors against their teammate to see who drinks, best 2 out of 3 doesn’t have to drink. The loser chooses beer or mixed drink, then picks 4 escort cards. The winner shuffles the cards after assigning a value to each from 1 drink to 4 drinks. The loser picks a card without looking and drinks the appropriate amount of drinks. After three rounds, everyone has to find a new teammate.
Once a player has run out of a type of drink i.e. beer or rum and coke, they must continue playing using only the other until they are out of both. When that happens, they are out of the game. The winner is the last person to have a drink to play with.
Regular cards can be substituted for the escort cards, although, making up rhymes for the values is the best part, for example:
